Growing up in Lebanon during the economic collapse sparked my interest in understanding how the public sector functions and shapes people’s lives. Through the Y4G program, I was exposed to the realities of working within public institutions and how they operate under significant constraints. It also challenged many of my assumptions as I witnessed the dedication of public servants working tirelessly to serve citizens despite limited resources. This reinforced my belief that sustainable change requires commitment and strengthened my desire to contribute to governance reform in Lebanon.
