This experience taught me that reform starts with understanding institutions from within. It also showed me that governance is not abstract but it directly shapes people’s daily lives. Today, as I continue my journey at Siren, working with multiple public institutions, I hope to build on this experience, share the knowledge I gained, and contribute to creating a stronger public sector for Lebanon.
