Being an active member of my community has always been a priority for me. As a graduate in International Affairs and Diplomacy, I have consistently been driven by a desire to create change from within the government. Through Y4G, I was able to turn that aspiration into reality.
Working side by side with members of the Lebanese public sector exposed me to a perspective I had not previously considered. I witnessed firsthand the dedication and strong work ethic of individuals who, like me, are committed to driving positive change but face significant obstacles along the way.
During this experience, I had the opportunity to expand and deepen my understanding of how the public sector operates in practice. It allowed me to identify new entry points for reform and uncover practical avenues through which meaningful change can be implemented—changes that can ultimately support, protect, and serve citizens.
