Experiencing how frustrating it is to get simple government paperwork in Lebanon motivated me to help reform public systems. As a computer science student aware of the immense potential of Artificial Intelligence in helping the public sector, the Y4G program was the ideal opportunity to drive change. It gave me the chance to use technology to help the government improve citizens’ lives, all while learning and growing myself.
