Wolf Assi

Born into a family that loves technology and computers, I became fascinated by these machines and the way they function at an early age. The more I got involved in the digital world, the more my curiosity increased.

Like most young kids, the first trigger for my admiration toward technology was video games. The more I dug into how my favorite games worked, the more I discovered interesting facets of the field. This ultimately led me to enroll at Saint Joseph University’s Engineering Faculty and major in Computer and Communication Engineering.

It was then that I discovered my interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning, believing that A.I. might one day have the same impact on our world that electricity did back in the day. I find technology to be a continuation of mankind, given that they can excel in key ways that our human capabilities cannot.

I recently joined the Youth4Governance program where I plan to strengthen my skills and expand my knowledge, all while working with people dedicated to improving Lebanon. I am keen to gain a more in-depth understanding of how to use digital technologies as catalysts for positive change, and I am excited to be part of a team that shares a common vision of reform for our country.
